COLONEL HOOPPAW is a retired command pilot with twenty-six years in SAC. He flew the B-47E and the B-52C, D, E, F, G, and H models. He served as a pilot, instructor, Squadron Commander, and Deputy Commander of Operations of a Bomb Wing. He served three ARC LIGHT tours in Southeast Asia, and received the normal complement of decorations with gongs that everyone else received. Any success he has enjoyed is mainly the result of "working with and for a great group of people" |
